Sanico Acquires Industrial Division of Seaway Sales
Sanico, Inc of Binghamton, NY has acquired the Industrial Division’s assets of Seaway Sales. Michael Peters, CEO of Sanico and James Cox, President of Seaway Sales recently came to agreement. Mr Peters has had property in Sackets Harbor for over 30 years and currently resides there. Mr. Cox, a lifelong resident, will retain the Seaway name for his other two enterprises based in Watertown, NY.
Seaway Sales has been a highly regarded local brand in northern NY for many years. Seaway’s outstanding service and dedication to customer satisfaction has been a hallmark of their success!
